Notice of cancellation must be submitted in written form no later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the current term.
If products are damaged, defective, or shipped in error, Green Suites Hotel Solutions will replace the item free-of-charge. Green Suites Hotel solutions must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. Products defective or shipped in error must be reported within 15 business days of receipt of goods. Green Suites Hotel Solutions will only issue a prepaid return label on products that are damaged, defective, or shipped in error. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Non-defective products must be returned within 15 business days to receive a cash refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After 15 days a company credit will be issued, valid for 90 days.
